I’ve been getting an itch to do some less cartoony watercolour illustrations lately but I’m all out of watercolour paper.. Gonna try to find a place to pick some up soon and feature them in my next post. Stay tuned!

my randomly adopted green shrubby plant. i am always on the lookout for a good looking med-large pot so i can replant it into a bigger home. i think it’s my favorite because i haven’t killed it yet.

this one took me a long time to decide.. but i finally chose beauty and the beast. i think it’s a nice story and i esp. like disney’s take on it.

drawing challenge day 11: turning point in your life
i feel like i’ve had a couple of these but the one i’ve chosen to address here is the death of our family cat named django. he died late last year from heart failure and it was probably one of the most depressing days of my life. it made me realize nothing lasts forever, everything cannot be replaced, and that i definitely do not have the emotional capacity to have a pet of my own.

i really like sour belts. i chose to draw the rainbow kind but you can get them in red and blue too. i don’t eat them often because i want to have teeth when i’m older but when i do binge ohhhh mann so good.
drawing challenge day 9: favorite tv show
it’s really a toss up between celebrity apprentice and project runway allstars. i’ve been watching the all stars series for a longer period of time so that’s why i’ve chosen to draw austin scarlett. he isn’t the best designer but i like his character and really hope he wins the title. you can catch episodes online at slice.ca.
